Tuusula Is Surveying the Views of Residents and Businesses – Respond and Make a Difference!
Tuusula is surveying the views of residents and businesses starting on 3.11. The responses provide valuable information for the development of the municipality.
The Municipality of Tuusula is surveying the satisfaction and views of residents about the municipality and the services it provides in the period 3.11.–23.11.2025. The municipality conducted a similar survey of residents in the autumn of 2023 and 2024.
– Knowing about the experiences of our residents is vital for us when assessing how well we have succeeded – and how we can build an even better municipality for the residents. The results of the survey are included in our strategic key indicators, says Development Manager Ada Pentinmikko.
You can take the survey anonymously. Three 50-euro Krapi gift cards will be raffled off among all respondents who also submit their contact details on a separate form.
In addition to a survey for residents, the Municipality of Tuusula is approaching businesses in the area with a business vitality survey. Similar surveys were carried out in 2023 and 2024.
– We want to know about the satisfaction and needs and wishes of businesses, so we can do our part to better support their growth and success. The survey allows us to reach a wide range of businesses, says Vitality Director Kristiina Salo.
Both the resident and the business vitality survey are conducted by Bondata on behalf of the Municipality of Tuusula.
