Plots in various locations around Tuusula

Currently, plots are available in Häriskivi, Anttilanranta and Pellavamäki in South Tuusula, in the centre of Kellokoski and Linjapuisto, as well as in Peltokaarre and Uunimiehenpuisto in Jokela. Plots in Joenranta, Kellokoski, will go on sale again later in spring 2026. As a rule, we sell plots, but leasing is also possible.

Häriskivi, South Tuusula

The vacant plots in the Häriskivi detached house area range in size from 377 to 1,066 square metres, with building rights of 94 to 267 square metres. Depending on the size, the plots are priced between €39,950 and €113,475, with annual rents ranging from €1,998 to €5,674.

The Häriskivi area is located in South Tuusula, with good transport connections. For example, it takes less than 15 minutes to drive to Ring Road III and just over half an hour to the centre of Helsinki. The centre of Hyrylä is less than two kilometres away. The jou ey can also be made on foot or by bicycle along light traffic routes.

The scenic residential area of Anttilanranta is located on the weste shore of Lake Tuusulanjärvi. The area is connected to the nearby residential areas of Paijala and Nummenharju and their services. There are schools and daycare centres nearby. The services of Hyrylä town centre, such as the new upper secondary school and Monio cultural centre, swimming pool and sports centre, are about two kilometres away. The Pellavamäki area is located in Riihikallio, just over three kilometres from Hyrylä towards Helsinki. Tuusulanväylä provides quick access to the capital and the airport, for example. The area has a school, a daycare centre and a shop, among other things. The new Riihikallio school was completed in 2025. You can relax and unwind in the nearby Ruotsinkylä research forest, among other places.

Kellokoski town centre and Linjapuisto Park

There is one vacant plot in the centre of Kellokoski, with an area of 1,590 square metres. The building right is 477 square metres. The sale price of the plot is €107,325. The plot can also be leased, and the annual rent is €5,366.

The vacant plots in Kellokoski’s Linjapuisto are 804 square metres in size. The building rights are 201 square metres per floor. The plots are priced at €45,225 and the rental price is €2,261.

The Linjapuisto residential area is located along Linjatie Road, in the culturally and historically rich environment of Kellokoski. The town centre’s services – daycare, school, library, shops, health centre, ice rink and sports centre – are within walking distance.

Applications for plots along the riverbank could be submitted between 5 January and 8 February 2026. Any remaining plots will be available for continuous application later in spring 2026.

The sizes of the plots in Kellokoski Joenranta vary between 672 and 1,401 square metres, and the building rights are 134–350 square metres per floor. The sale prices of the plots range from €30,240 to €78,806, and the annual rents from €1,512 to €3,940.

The new residential area of Joenranta is located close to the centre of Kellokoski. Everyday services, such as a nursery, school, grocery stores and sports centre, can be found within a radius of approximately two kilometres.

The idyllic village of Kellokoski is located about 50 kilometres north of Helsinki and is known for its ironworks cultural environment and the colourful history of Kellokoski Hospital. The nature-loving Kellokoski is bisected by a river that offers a wide range of recreational opportunities.

The municipal engineering for the area is complete. Construction can begin immediately after the necessary building permits have been obtained.

Jokela’s Peltokaari and Uunimiehenpuisto

The vacant plots in Jokela’s Peltokaaren area range in size from 625 to 1,174 square metres, with building rights of 125 to 235 square metres. Depending on their size, the plots are priced between €28,125 and €52,875, with annual rents ranging from €1,406 to €2,644.

The plots available in Uunimiehenpuisto range in size from 1,111 to 1,423 square metres, with building rights of 190 square metres. The plots are priced at €42,750, with an annual rent of €2,138.

Jokela is the northe most town in Tuusula and is located along the railway line. Helsinki can be reached by train in just under 40 minutes, and Järvenpää and Hyvinkää in less than 10 minutes. The Peltokaaren residential area is less than a kilometre from Jokela railway station and just over a kilometre from Uunimiehenpuisto.

Jokela is a great place for families with children. The environment is safe, all necessary services are nearby, and there is plenty of space around. The ski trails and nature paths are never crowded. Well-maintained sports facilities, such as the Jokela Sports Centre, and stunning natural surroundings make Jokela a paradise for local hikers. The ponds inhabited by whooper swans are a reminder of the area’s history and continue to delight residents to this day.
