Youth Council elections
Youth council elections will be held at the end of the year, and eight new youth representatives will be elected. Candidates can apply via an online form starting on 13 October.

The electoral district is the municipality of Tuusula, and the election will be conducted by closed ballot. The election day is Friday, 12 December 2025. Candidates will be elected to the Youth Council in order of the number of votes they receive. If two or more candidates receive the same number of votes, their order will be decided by drawing lots.
Eight new members and two new deputy members will be elected to the Youth Council. Those elected in the 2025 elections will, exceptionally, serve a one-year term on the Youth Council. In 2026, the Tuusula Youth Council will switch to a two-year term, after which the Youth Council elections will be held every other year.
All young people in Tuusula who are aged between 13 and 17 by the end of the election year are eligible to vote in the youth council elections.
