In Tuusula, it is possible to visit cultural service network locations to familiarise yourself with the building, grounds and operating culture. Visiting groups are offered a guided tour, which is conducted by a representative of the daycare centre, the cultural administration or the facility services, as agreed. Visits are always arranged separately in accordance with these instructions.

• billing information

Prices for visits

The Tuusula Education and Culture Committee has made a decision regarding fees for service network visits.

From a value added tax perspective, the visitor package offered consists of consultation related to education and teaching activities offered to a wide group of people on site in the actual lea ing environment. The following value added tax principles are applied to the fees:

• domestic visitors, VAT 25.50% included in invoices
• EU countries, foreign visitors in the position of consumers, invoices subject to Finnish VAT at 25.50%
• EU countries, non-EU countries, foreign business operators; VAT number required for invoicing, invoices marked 'reverse charge', tax-free invoices
• Non-EU countries, private individuals, tax-free invoice; reference "69h§"

Visitor groups are offered a guided tour, with the participation of designated presenters from the daycare staff, educational administration, or representatives from facility services, as agreed upon. Visits are always arranged separately according to this guide.

From the perspective of value-added taxation, the offered visit package is considered consultancy related to education and teaching, provided on-site in the actual lea ing environment. The fees follow the principles of value-added taxation as follows:

Non-EU countries, private individuals: Tax-free invoice; reference “69h§”

Domestic visitors: 25.50% VAT on invoices

EU countries, foreign consumers in the role of visitors: 25.50% Finnish VAT on invoices

EU countries, non-EU countries, foreign entities with a business status: Provide a VAT number for invoicing, ‘reverse charge’ on invoices, tax-free invoice
