Koskensillantie car park

The car park being built at the co er of Koskensillantie and Hyryläntie will meet the parking needs of the rapidly developing centre of Hyrylä. Some of the car park’s 414 parking spaces will be for public use, some for residents of neighbouring housing companies, and the rest for apartment buildings to be built in the vicinity at a later date. The building design began in April 2025, and the actual construction work will start in late summer 2025.

The car park will be built as a tu key construction project, with Keski-Suomen Betonirakenne Oy, the contractor selected for the project, responsible for the entire project from the design stage onwards. The building will have 4.5 floors and a floor area of approximately 12,000 square metres.
