Studio apartments may account for a maximum of 30% of the housing, and three-room apartments or larger apartments must account for at least 30% of the housing. The average floor area of three-room and larger dwellings must be at least 70 square metres. The guidelines affect the terms and conditions of land transfers and land use agreements, as well as project plans on a case-by-case basis.
