Plots currently available

Plots available in Jokela are constantly in demand, which means that we process applications in the order in which they are received by the municipality. We aim to announce new plots on these pages and in our newsletter as soon as possible once the schedules have been finalised. We will initially organise an application period for new plots, which will last for 1–2 months. After that, the plots will be available for continuous application if necessary.

Centre

There are two apartment building plots available near the services and train station in the centre of Jokela. With regard to plot 6108, it should be noted that it has building areas for three apartment buildings, which can be implemented as separate projects if necessary. The plot can be divided into three separate plots. Parking for block 6108 is available free of charge in the adjacent LPA area (an easement agreement will be drawn up). Below, we have listed plots for which we have not yet planned a transfer date. However, we can negotiate the plots even before the transfer date has been decided.

Cotton mill

The amendment to the Jokela Vanutehdas local detailed plan came into force on 29 May 2024. Six AP plots were created in the local detailed plan. We will make the plots available for application once the municipal engineering work has progressed sufficiently for us to be able to estimate a more precise date for when construction on the plots can begin. Our current estimate is that applications for the plots could be opened at the end of 2025.
