Our goal is to find a partner or partners to design and implement privately financed housing construction of the highest possible architectural quality on the plots. The local detailed plan for the area is being developed in cooperation between the municipality and the selected design and implementation team. The selected partners may apply for one or more plots.

Introduction to the area

We are zoning the Koskensillantie and Esikunnanpolku blocks in the centre of Hyrylä, where the intention is to allocate building land for approximately 700 flats, with a focus on owner-occupied housing. The Koskensillantie blocks will have approximately 400 flats. Construction is expected to begin in 2026. Construction of approximately 300 apartments on Esikunnanpolku is expected to begin in 2029. Some of the parking will be located in a parking facility to be built in advance by the municipality.
