Every year, Northern Tuusula hosts the Tarinoiden Talot (Houses of Stories) event. The focus is on the interesting histories of Jokela and Kellokoski and the buildings that reflect them, as told through the stories of the residents.

The event offers an opportunity to delve into the history of the event area and its buildings as told by their current users or residents. Visitors can also admire different interior design styles at the venues. The event areas also offer opportunities to enjoy a coffee break at one of the cafés and restaurants in the area or to do some flea market shopping. Plans for
the 2026 event are already underway.
