New room reservation system

During autumn 2025, we have introduced a new Enkora room reservation programme.

All school and daycare facilities can be booked in the new system starting 7 January 2026. Confirmed bookings currently in the old system will be automatically transferred to the new system. The change does not require any additional action from bookers with regard to confirmed bookings.

You can access the Enkora room booking system via the Tuusula municipality’s digital services portal.

Booking school facilities

You can book sports halls, classrooms, auditoriums and dining facilities at schools in the municipality of Tuusula. The facilities available for booking vary from school to school. The facilities are available outside school hours in the evenings from 4.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and at weekends from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

You can apply for regular use of sports halls and other school facilities for the following academic year at the beginning of March. The application period is two weeks. We will announce the start of the centralised application period at the tu of February and March on the municipality’s website, in newsletters and on our social media channels. We will make our decisions by mid-May. You can also apply for a slot to use a sports hall or other school facility after the application period if there are still slots available. We will allocate any remaining slots starting in the summer.

Municipal operators, adult education centres, registered sports clubs, associations and communities, private individuals and unregistered groups can apply for usage slots.

We allocate places in accordance with the criteria approved by the Education and Training Committee. Before applying, please familiarise yourself with the payment criteria and fees confirmed by the committee.

You can also apply for a single session. Submit your application at least one week before your desired booking date. Bookings are primarily made through the electronic room booking system.

Gyms and some other school facilities can be found in the room reservation system. For more information on the use of school kitchen facilities, please contact the food service manager.

Booking daycare facilities

You can reserve facilities at daycare centres outside their normal operating hours, in the evenings and at weekends. You can apply for a single use or a regular slot for the entire operating season.

Some of the daycare facilities are visible in the space reservation programme. If you cannot find the daycare centre or space you are looking for, please send your enquiries and applications directly to the manager of the daycare centre or family daycare facility.

Instructions for space reservations

Rules, cancellation policy and keys

You can use the school facilities on school days. During holidays, use of the facilities requires a separate agreement with the headmaster. You must leave the sports hall and other school facilities before the next session begins. After a booking that ends at 10 p.m., you must leave the school building by 10.15 p.m. at the latest.

Keys and access badges

Keys and access cards can be obtained from the school secretary. They must be retu ed to the schools after use, in the case of regular bookings in the spring. We will charge a fee for lost keys and access cards.

Usage fees

Please familiarise yourself with the current fees for the use of sports and classroom facilities as confirmed by the committee.

Cancellations

If you do not need the regular slot that has been allocated to you, please notify TuusInfo customer service of the cancellation at least two weeks before the start of the slot. Please also cancel any individual slots that you will not be using as soon as possible. If the slot is subject to a fee, we will also charge a usage fee for slots that are cancelled late.

The school may cancel a session if it needs the facilities for its own use. The school shall notify the cancellation of regular sessions no later than two weeks before it needs the facilities.

Invoicing of reservations

We invoice regular shifts twice a year: the autumn term in December and the spring term in May. We invoice individual shifts on a calendar month basis. Please notify TuusInfo customer service of any changes to your billing information.

Practices

If the booker has activities for both children and young people as well as adults, i.e. the booker has applied for slots lasting several hours, the adult slots (subject to a fee) must be reported to TuusInfo no later than the start of the usage period.

The group must always have an adult in charge if the participants are children or young people.

The user agrees on the details of using the facilities, such as the use of equipment, with the school principal.

Order and cleanliness

Users must comply with the rules and regulations, cleaning instructions and other guidelines for the premises. If the premises are deliberately left in a mess, we will charge a minimum of €50 for cleaning.

Cars must be parked in designated parking spaces. Traffic signs in parking and courtyard areas, such as no-entry signs, must be obeyed.

Before leaving the premises, users must ensure that the premises are tidy, the lights are tu ed off, the windows are closed and the taps in the changing rooms are tu ed off.

Each user group is responsible for ensuring that there are no other users during their tu and that the exte al doors are closed during use. The user group is also responsible for ensuring that the doors remain locked when they leave the premises.

If the rules are not followed or the user causes continuous disruption, we may revoke the right to use the training facility. Unpaid regular sessions may result in the cancellation of sessions.

Schools may also issue school-specific guidelines and regulations.
