Tusby surveys residents' and businesses' opinions – respond and make a difference!
Tusby will be surveying the opinions of residents and businesses starting on 3 November. The responses will provide us with valuable information for developing the municipality.
From 3 to 23 November 2025, Tusby Municipality will be surveying residents’ satisfaction and opinions on the municipality and the services it provides. The municipality conducted a similar resident survey in autumn 2023 and 2024.
“The experiences of our residents are of utmost importance to us when we assess how well we have succeeded in our mission – and how we can create an even better municipality for our residents. The survey results are part of our strategic indicators,” says Development Manager Ada Pentinmikko.
The survey can be answered anonymously. Among all respondents who provide their contact details on a separate form, three gift cards worth €50 for Krapis services will be raffled off.
In addition to the survey aimed at residents, Tuusula Municipality is also approaching companies operating in the area with a vitality survey. Company surveys were last conducted in 2023 and 2024.
– We want to map companies’ satisfaction, needs and wishes. By meeting these, we can better support companies’ growth and success. With the help of the survey, we can reach a large number of companies, says Kristiina Salo, Director of Vitality.
Both the resident survey and the business vitality survey are conducted by Bondata on behalf of the municipality of Tusby.
