The beach is a 60-metre-wide sandy beach that deepens quite quickly. The swimming area is marked by a buoy line. The depth at the line is approximately 130–150 centimetres. At the end of the jetty, the depth is approximately 190 centimetres. Diving headfirst from the jetty is prohibited.
