To the guardian of a pupil at Perttu School

If you are moving to the vicinity of Perttu School, please contact the school principal.

Guardians can create Wilma accounts for themselves when registering their child for the first grade. The other parent can request a key code from the school secretary to create an account.

If a pupil changes schools during their comprehensive school education, you will automatically receive the necessary key code from the school secretary when you enrol at the school.

The Pertun School Parents’ Association is an association established and maintained by parents for the pupils and parents of Pertun School. Its purpose is to serve as a forum for discussing matters of mutual interest to the school and parents and, within the limits of available resources, to support the school’s extracurricular and excursion activities.

In recent years, for example, the association has covered the travel costs for the entire school’s sports days and the purchase of recess equipment. The association raises funds through joint events organised a few times during the school year. At the same time, the aim is to combine fun and benefit.

In principle, all parents of pupils at the school are potential members of the Parents’ Association. Membership does not entail any obligations, and the association does not charge membership fees.

The association has a board, which is elected once a year at the autumn meeting. The board members are responsible for the association’s activities and related matters.

The municipality of Tuusula has criteria for granting school transport. School transport is granted by the school principal and can be applied for using the Wilma form.

Guardians may drop off and pick up pupils in the car park opposite the main gate of the school. School taxis pick up pupils in front of the main gate of the school.

Sick leave must be reported in Wilma.

Guardians can apply for temporary absence for pupils from the class teacher or head teacher in Wilma under “Applications and decisions”.

Any absence from school lasting more than three days must be requested from the head teacher.
