Pricing is based on the usage fees confirmed by the Culture and Leisure Committee at any given time.

The nature of the event must be specified in the application when making the reservation. The person/organisation being invoiced and the nature of the event must match. The invoice price is determined based on the nature of the event and the person/organisation being invoiced. For example, if Metsäpirtti is booked for use by an organisation, municipality or association, the activity must be in line with the nature of the booking. Private events cannot be organised by booking Metsäpirtti in the name of an association or a municipal employee.

Usage fees are charged after use. The billing information must include the personal identification number for private individuals and the business ID for companies or associations.

The municipality does not charge inte ally for activities organised by the municipality itself and aimed at children, young people or other groups of residents. Groups aimed specifically at children and young people are given priority in the allocation of usage times. In addition to the priority criteria for user groups, the allocation of usage times is based on fai ess, so the number of usage times for individual groups is limited if necessary.

With regard to activities aimed at residents of private family or care homes and other similar institutions, the decision-maker may use discretion in determining the fee. Daytime activities aimed at children attending purchased services and private daycare centres in Tuusula are treated in the same way as municipal activities. Daycare centres and schools outside the municipality are charged at the rate for educational institutions outside the municipality.

No inte al charges are levied for the well-being activities of municipal work units. However, activities for children, young people and municipal groups take priority over staff well-being activities. Other use of the premises by municipal staff for private events is charged to the person who booked the premises in accordance with the rates for private individuals.

If Metsäpirtti is reserved for use by an association operating throughout Central Uusimaa, which includes members from Tuusula, invoicing will be based on the rates charged to associations in Tuusula. Priority in reservations is always given to associations that organise activities for children and young people.

Orders placed by district organisations of associations that also include operators from Tuusula will be invoiced according to the rates applicable to associations in Tuusula. If no operators from Tuusula are involved, invoicing will be based on the rates applicable to other communities.

The official may, for justified reasons, decide to moderate the price in his or her decision list.
