The autumn term is about to begin in Tuusula
In Tuusula, the new school year begins on Thursday 13 August 2026 at primary and secondary schools. The Tuusula School of Visual Arts and the Adult Education Centre will also start their term during August.
A safe journey to school is something we all work on together
Practising the route in advance and agreeing on how to use a mobile phone help children and young people starting their journey to school to get there safely.
Teaching begins in Tuusula – school starts on 7 August.
In Tuusula, primary and secondary schools will begin their autumn term on Thursday, 7 August 2025. Approximately 5,600 children and young people will be heading to school, including around 480 first-year pupils making their first journey to school. The Tuusula Art School and Tuusula College will begin operating in August.
