Particular attention should be paid to:
Observe the no parking signs in the vicinity of the construction site. Cars parked incorrectly in the area may be towed away at the owner’s expense.
The passageway to the library between the construction site and the library will be closed with gates on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to element lifts. If there are no lifts, the gates will be open. Only this passageway will be closed; other passageways will be open as normal. This is done for safety reasons. The new route to the library through the closed area is shown in the accompanying picture.
Starting in week 6, there’ll be trucks carrying building materials on Autoasemankatu near the construction site. Please follow the traffic directions and signs. Starting in week 7, there’ll also be trucks on Hyryläntie.
Getting around:
Access to the properties will remain open throughout the construction project. Please follow the traffic signs and recommendations at and near the construction site.
Please note that only library maintenance vehicles and vehicles travelling to LE parking spaces are permitted in front of the library.
