the no parking signs in the vicinity of the construction site. Cars parked incorrectly in the area may be towed away at the owner’s expense.
The access route to the library will be closed with gates between the construction site and the library on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. due to element lifts. If there are no lifts, the gates will be open. Only this access route will be closed; other access routes will remain open as normal. This is for everyone’s safety. The access route to the library in the closed area is shown in Figure 1. From week 6 onwards, element trucks will
be travelling on Autoasemankatu near the construction site. Please follow the traffic control and traffic signs.
From week 7 onwards, element trucks will also be operating on Hyryläntie.

Access to the properties will be available throughout the construction project. Please follow the traffic control signs and recommendations in your area.
Please note that only library maintenance vehicles and vehicles travelling to LE parking spaces are permitted to drive in front of the library.
