The Houses of Stories event invites you to Kellokoski on 23 August

The Stories of Houses event opens its doors in Kellokoski on Saturday, 23 August 2025, to some of the most interesting locations, offering visitors a real insight into different interior design styles, the history of the hospital and the beautiful surroundings of the ironworks. There are 11 locations for the public to admire. These include both public and private locations, all of which have stories to tell and sights to see. The locations will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the day of the event.

There is an admission fee for the event, but you can visit the church and hospital museum free of charge. Tickets cost €10 for adults and €5 for children under 15 years of age.

We hope you will purchase your ticket in advance from our online store – however, if you decide to drop by on the spur of the moment, you can also purchase tickets at the ticket sales point located on Ruukin kuja on the day of the event from 9:30 a.m. onwards using a card payment. Tickets purchased in advance can also be exchanged for wristbands at the same location.

Kellokoski’s plot offerings will be presented to construction industry professionals on 22 August.

For the first time, the Stories of Houses event will be linked to a day for construction industry professionals, which will take place on Friday, 22 August 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kellokoski Ironworks (Vanha Valtatie 190, Kellokoski). The event will showcase the plots available in the municipality of Tuusula and discuss current issues in the area.
