Series of responsibility webinars for entrepreneurs
How can companies succeed in the best possible way while acting responsibly? Six municipalities in Central Uusimaa are organising a series of webinars featuring useful practical tips and interesting expert presentations.
Responsibility affects every company today. Responsibility is not just for large companies – small and medium-sized enterprises must also find their own role in developing a sustainable business environment and a secure future.
Companies may become aware of responsibility themes and work, for example, through customer feedback and requirements, supply chains and the needs of other stakeholders. If a company does not yet have sufficient resources or expertise, these will develop over time as it delves deeper into responsibility issues.
In your own business, it is important to understand that responsibility is not a separate area but a central part of business. Responsibility is linked to everything in business, including strategy, the environment, personnel, procurement, customer relationships, partners, supply chains and business models.
Free webinar series shares information and experiences
Six municipalities in Central Uusimaa joined forces because each municipality is considering responsibility and ways to support local businesses in the best possible way. This led to the creation of the “Responsibility as a driver of growth” webinar series, which we offer free of charge to businesses in our region and others interested in this webinar series.
In this webinar series, several experts will discuss different aspects of responsibility from a business perspective. During the series, you will hear presentations from experts and inspiring business stories about topics such as climate programmes, the circular economy, social responsibility and responsible supply chains.
The events will be held in Teams once a month (October 2025–February 2026) on Thursday mornings from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Links to participate in the webinars will be sent to registered participants after registration. The introduction to the webinars and the company presentations will be recorded, and the recordings will be published on the channels of the municipalities and cities organising the webinar series.
