§ 193 Submission of comments on the draft VISIO regional plan

– to submit to the Ministry of the Environment the statement set out in the explanatory notes to this section concerning the Government’s proposal for the Community Development Act and certain related acts, and to authorise the Head of Land Use to register the statement on behalf of the municipality with the national consultation service 
– to review and approve the minutes regarding this matter immediately
at the meeting.

The Municipal Executive Board decided  
– to submit to the Ministry of the Environment the statement set out in the explanatory notes to this section concerning the Government’s proposal for the Community Development Act and certain related acts, and to authorise the Head of Community Engineering to register the statement on behalf of the municipality with the national consultation service 
– to review and approve the minutes regarding this matter immediately at the meeting.
