The municipality of Tuusula sells and rents detached house plots in Jokela, North Tuusula, in the Peltokaaren residential area and in Uunimiehenpuisto.

We allocate plots that are continuously available for application primarily in the order of application, but in accordance with the selection criteria. The municipality of Tuusula has conducted general soil surveys on some of the plots or in their vicinity for the purposes of land use planning and municipal engineering construction. When applying for a building permit, the plot recipient must submit a more detailed soil survey and foundation method survey for the specific building site. The plot recipient must note that responsibility for the foundation method lies with the plot recipient/builder and not with the plot transferor.

Brick rubble has been found in the area during civil engineering work on Peltokaaren puistotie. It is possible that brick rubble may also be found on properties during construction work.

If waste or old structures such as cables, pipes, poles, concrete structures or similar are found on the property, the buyer/tenant is obliged to remove them at their own expense to the extent required for construction. 

Peltokaaren municipal engineering readiness

Plot applicants should note that the construction of municipal engineering in the northe part of Peltokaaren is almost complete. Asphalting work in the area is expected to be carried out in November. Movement in the construction areas is prohibited. The schedules are not binding on the municipality. Construction on the plots can begin once the municipal infrastructure is complete and the plot owner has applied for the necessary building permits.
