The Skidiviikko programme has been published – free children's culture events throughout the municipality
Skidiviikko takes over Tuusula with children's culture from 2 to 7 March. The week will feature a diverse and exciting programme of performing arts, with no fewer than 22 performances scheduled. Registration for the performances begins on Wednesday 11 February at 9 a.m. The week culminates in Children's Saturday on 7 March in Jokela.
Skidiviikko, a week dedicated to children's culture, will be celebrated in Tuusula from 3 to 9 November 2025.
The free performances include theatre, dance, music, magic and even opera for children. The 23 performances during the week will reach a total of 1,700 children. Most of the week's performances are sold out, but there are still some seats available for a few performances.

Children's culture takes centre stage at Tuusula's Skidiviikko festival from 3 to 9 November 2025. There will be 21 performances during the week. This autumn's Skidiviikko will feature theatre, puppet theatre, dance, magic, children's music and even opera for children. The family-oriented children's opera Cinderella will be performed on Thursday 6 November at 6 p.m. at the Monio Cultural Centre.

Skidiviikko offers a diverse range of children's culture events throughout Tuusula from 3 to 9 March. The Skidiviikko programme is free of charge, but advance registration is required.
Tuusula's cultural education plans got a new logo
The year 2025 brought a breath of fresh air to Tuusula's cultural education plans in the form of an updated Kultsut logo. The group working on the cultural education plans wanted the new logo to be timeless and playful.
Circus artist Manta Näkkäläjärvi is Tuusula's Artist of the Summer 2024
Maaret "Manta" Näkkäläjärvi, a circus artist and teacher from Jokela, has been selected as Tuusula's Artist of the Summer 2024. Twenty-nine representatives from various fields of art applied for the position. During the summer, Näkkäläjärvi will stage a new fire show and perform and hold workshops in various locations around Tuusula.
Two development projects by the municipality of Tuusula awarded at the Important Work Gala on 4 December 2023
Monday, 4 December 2023, was a day of celebration when two Tuusula municipal development projects were honoured at the Important Work Gala in Helsinki. The awards were given to Tuusula's Agenda 2030 steps and cultural education plans.
