The main festival will be held in Tuusula this year

Keski-Uusimaa Pride culminates on Saturday 29 August from 2 pm to 7 pm with the main festival at culture house Monio in Tuusula. The day kicks off with a Pride parade open to everyone, followed by a varied programme of music, dance, children’s activities and community stalls inside the Monio. Artists taking to the stage will include Cecil Opia and F. The festivities will culminate in the Lintudisco, a family-friendly event.

At the main celebration, as at all events and functions organised by Tuusula Municipality, the principles of a safer environment will be observed. Tuusula Municipality will fly Pride flags in all three municipal centres throughout the week leading up to the event. On the main celebration day, Pride flag will also be flown at the Särmä service center in Hyrylä, in conjunction with the flag-raising for Finnish Nature Day.
