Exercises and training 2025

Tuusula Bike Club’s BMX training sessions will be held as follows from the beginning of May:

  • Tuesdays 17:30–19:00 (guided exercises, no age limit)
  • Thursdays 17:30–19:30 (guided exercises, no age limit)
  • Sundays 17:30–19:00 (guided exercises, no age limit)

Tuesday and Thursday training sessions are divided into two groups, with younger and beginner skiers training for the first hour. More experienced and older skiers continue at 6.30 p.m. Sunday’s programme is more informal, with training competitions, for example.

Guided exercises are on break during July and will continue in August.

People of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join the training sessions. A helmet is mandatory equipment. The use of gloves, long-sleeved shirts and long-legged trousers is highly recommended.

At Tuusula Bike Club, you can start BMX riding with a low threshold by coming to a training session. No advance registration is required.

During Tuusula Bike Club’s BMX training sessions, the track is mainly reserved for club use, but simultaneous free use for local exercise is also strictly permitted. The club also welcomes those using the track for local exercise to come and lea about the sport.

The easiest way to lea about the sport or hear more about it is to come to the track at one of the times listed above – the club’s coaches will be happy to tell you more, and you can try out the track under their guidance!
