Personal trainers in schools
All secondary school pupils in Tuusula have the opportunity to participate in the free School Personal Trainer programme, which is open to everyone.

What is KouluPT all about?
KouluPT supports your overall well-being. During our meetings, we will discuss your daily life and physical activity, and, if necessary, we will also review your nutrition and other lifestyle factors. The number of meetings will be adjusted according to your individual starting point and preferences.
Our goal is to help you discover the joy of exercise and find meaningful activities for your everyday life, for example by trying out different forms of exercise and exploring the independent or guided exercise opportunities available in your area. The most important thing is that you find your own way to exercise!
Registration
You can register by filling out the form below.
A guardian may also report on behalf of the child, provided that this has been agreed with the child.
