Payment criteria and payment categories for premises

The same payment criteria apply to outdoor fields managed by the municipality, swimming pool facilities, the Keuda sports hall, school facilities, daycare and family centre facilities, youth facilities and the main library facilities.

Adult groups from local associations and communities can reserve meeting rooms at Jokela Multipurpose Centre Monari, Kellokoski School and Hyrylä Main Library free of charge. Adult groups from local associations and communities receive a 50% discount on weekend use of school sports halls.

Groups competing at the highest national series or classification level (SM level) and events and occasions that bring positive publicity to Tuusula may be exempted from the fee at the discretion of the Head of Leisure Services.

If non-residents use the facilities for activities aimed at local residents, the fee is determined according to fee categories 1–3. The fee category is determined on the basis of an investigation.

Booking facilities and sports venues

You can apply for slots to use leisure service facilities for the 2026–2027 season between 2 and 15 March 2026, primarily using electronic forms.

Apply for a slot using the facility-specific methods listed under ‘Facilities available for application’.

The draft allocation plans for sports facilities will be available for applicants to view between 7 April and 14 April 2026.

We will deliver the decisions on the use of leisure services (regular slots) for the 2026–2027 season to those who applied during the application period by 13 May.

  • Keuda, vocational college (Kirkkotie 31), regular shifts for the period 10 August 2026 to 2 May 2027
  • Tennis courts Jokela (3 courts) and Kellokoski (1 court) 1 May–31 October 2026
  • Regular training sessions at Kellokoski training centre (April–November).

In the new room reservation system, rooms are reserved electronically via strong authentication (Suomi.fi, mobile certificate or bank credentials).
