Tuusula is surveying the views of residents and businesses – respond and make a difference!
Tuusula will survey residents and businesses starting on 3 November. The responses will provide valuable information for the development of the municipality.
The municipality of Tuusula will survey residents’ satisfaction and views on the municipality and the services it provides between 3 November and 23 November 2025. The municipality conducted similar resident surveys in autumn 2023 and 2024.
− The residents’ experience is extremely important information for us when we assess how well we have succeeded in our work − and how we could make the municipality even better for its residents. The survey results are part of our strategic indicators, says Development Manager Ada Pentinmikko.
The survey can be completed anonymously. All respondents who submit their contact details on a separate form will be entered into a draw for three €50 gift vouchers for Krapin services.
In addition to the survey aimed at residents, the municipality of Tuusula is approaching companies operating in the area with a business vitality survey. The previous business surveys were conducted in 2023 and 2024.
− We want to map out companies’ satisfaction, needs and wishes. By implementing these, we can do our part to better support companies’ growth and success. The survey allows us to reach a wide range of companies, says Kristiina Salo, Director of Economic Development.
Both the resident and business vitality surveys are conducted by Bondata on behalf of the municipality of Tuusula.
