The Tuusula Council convened on Monday, 16 June 2025.

The Tuusula Council will meet on Monday, 16 June 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Rykmentti dining hall (Rykmentintie 48, Tuusula). The meeting can also be followed online.

The Redemption Committee has completed the redemption process concerning the Kaura and Kaukokiito properties. The expropriation covers approximately 15 and 24 hectares of land located in the southern part of Tuusula, which is part of the Focus area north of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and along the future Kehä IV ring road.

Tuusula's new council began its term of office on 1 June 2025. The council held its first meeting on 2 June 2025 and elected a new mayor and deputy mayors from among its members. In addition, the council made other selections and discussed matters related to changes in the town plan, among other things.
