Planning of municipal facilities for new social and health centre progresses – accessibility and versatility of facilities are important to residents
Forty residents planned the municipal facilities for the social and health centre in a workshop held on 21 January. In addition to social and health facilities and reception areas, the social and health centre being built in Hyrylä will also include a bus station waiting area and a meeting room.

On 21 January, we will hold a workshop where anyone interested will have the opportunity to participate in the design of the Tuusula municipal meeting facilities to be located in the new social and health centre in Tuusula.

The Central Uusimaa Welfare Area (Keusote), the municipality of Tuusula and YIT Rakennus Oy have signed an agreement on the design of a social and health centre and parking facility to be built in Hyrylä.
Changes to Keusote services and opening hours in Jokela and Kellokoski EDITED 18 December
The Central Uusimaa Welfare Area (Keusote) has announced that the opening hours and services of its social and health care units and small health centres will change on 7 January 2026. In Tuusula, the changes will affect the Jokela social and health care unit and the Kellokoski health centre.

Tuusula and Keusote selected YIT as the contractor for the social and health services centre project
The Tuusula municipal council and the Central Uusimaa welfare region regional council have selected YIT Rakennus Oy to build the social and health services centre planned for Hyrylä. Once completed, the centre will serve all residents in the welfare region.

The Central Uusimaa welfare area Keusote is updating its strategy and wants to hear residents' views and experiences to support its work. The resident survey will gather valuable information about what is considered important in the welfare area's activities and development. The responses will be used in the preparation of a new strategy for 2026–2030.

The Central Uusimaa Welfare Area (Keusote) is preparing to reform its service network in the coming years. However, the most important thing will not change: social and health services will remain available to residents.
