The Central Uusimaa welfare area Keusote is updating its strategy and wants to hear residents' views and experiences to support its work. The resident survey will gather valuable information about what is considered important in the welfare area's activities and development. The responses will be used in the preparation of a new strategy for 2026–2030.

The Tuusula Organisation Forum invites all association members and active members of organisations to a joint development day at the new Rykmentinpuisto School.

Keski-Uudenmaan Pride 2025 invites you to celebrate diversity and equality from 18 to 23 August 2025. A whole week of community events combining joy, visibility and culture will be on offer.

Central Uusimaa Pride is a joint celebration organised by the municipalities of Tuusula, Kerava, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää and Nurmijärvi, which take turns hosting the event. This year, the event returns to its roots with the city of Järvenpää as the lead organiser. 

Tuusula's seventh participatory budgeting round will begin at the end of September. This time, decision-making power over the use of municipal funds will be given to children and young people under the age of 18.

The Tuusula Spring Organisation Forum will focus on updating the organisation plan and building a more child-friendly municipality.

In the Power to Children workshops, children and young people will have the opportunity to develop the stages of participatory budgeting for children, which will be launched in autumn 2025, in a more child-friendly direction. The workshops will be held in all municipal centres and are open to everyone.
