The aim of the discussions, which were conducted using the Skididialogi model, was to gather the views and experiences of pupils and adults working with young people on the subject.
Children and young people's active lifestyles take centre stage at joint seminars in Tuusula, Kerava and Järvenpää
Tuusula's pre-primary and primary education will promote a more active lifestyle among children and young people with the amendment to the Basic Education Act, which will come into force next autumn. Preparations for the future have begun in collaboration with Kerava and Järvenpää.

Search for hobby and club activity organisers in Tuusula
The municipality of Tuusula is looking for new operators to organise enjoyable and free leisure and club activities for primary school pupils for the 2026–2027 school year. Register as an operator by 8 February 2026.

More than 1,500 ideas submitted to Tuusula's participatory budgeting competition for children and young people have now been evaluated. The next step is to develop the ideas that have been deemed promising, together with the children and young people themselves and the adults and organisations that work with them.
