Jatke Toimitilat Oy has published the weekly newsletter for the Särmä business and service centre construction site for week 41, starting on 6 October. Work on the façade and interior continues, as do earthworks and local casting work on the surface parking area.

Jatke Toimitilat Oy has published a weekly update on the Särmä business and service centre construction site for week 40, starting on 29 September. The removal of the trench support elements, which has been carried out over the past few weeks, is now complete, and construction is now focusing on facade and interior work, among other things.

Municipal engineering work on Hyryläntie and Koskenmäentie roads, which is linked to the construction of the Särmä business and service centre, began at the end of August. The work is expected to affect traffic arrangements in the area for longer than originally estimated, until the end of November.

Jatke Toimitilat Oy has published a weekly update on the Särmä business and service centre construction site for week 37, starting on 8 September. Work on the site will continue with the removal of the pontoon elements supporting the trench walls and the construction of a surface parking area.

The construction of the Särmä business and service centre is progressing in the centre of Hyrylä, and the associated municipal engineering work in the Hyryläntie and Koskenmäentie area will begin on Monday, 25 August 2025. The work is expected to affect traffic arrangements in the area for approximately one month.
