The Central Uusimaa Welfare Area (Keusote), the municipality of Tuusula and YIT Rakennus Oy have signed an agreement on the design of a social and health centre and parking facility to be built in Hyrylä.

Jatke Toimitilat Oy has published a weekly newsletter for the Särmä business and service centre construction site for weeks 52/2025–2/2026. The project is progressing with interior finishing work and the installation of roof fittings, among other things.

The topping-out ceremony for Särmä, a commercial and service centre rising in the centre of Hyrylä, was held on 11 December 2025. Särmä will be completed in August 2026, providing premises for the municipality of Tuusula, Prisma and smaller commercial premises.

Resurfacing work is causing traffic disruptions on Koskenmäentie and Autoasemankatu in Hyrylä.

The Tuusula municipal council and the Central Uusimaa welfare region regional council have selected YIT Rakennus Oy to build the social and health services centre planned for Hyrylä. Once completed, the centre will serve all residents in the welfare region.

Jatke Toimitilat Oy has published a weekly update on the Särmä business and service centre construction site for week 40, starting on 29 September. The removal of the trench support elements, which has been carried out over the past few weeks, is now complete, and construction is now focusing on facade and interior work, among other things.

Municipal engineering work on Hyryläntie and Koskenmäentie roads, which is linked to the construction of the Särmä business and service centre, began at the end of August. The work is expected to affect traffic arrangements in the area for longer than originally estimated, until the end of November.
