Update to news item: Traffic disruption in the Tuomala and Ketunkorpi areas from 8 to 10 July.
Ainolanväylä in Järvenpää will be closed to motor vehicle traffic from the railway bridge from Tuesday 8 July at 5 a.m. until Thursday 10 July at 4 p.m. The closure will also affect traffic between the Tuomala and Ketunkorpi areas of Tuusula and Järvenpää.

The Tuusula Municipal Audit Committee 2021–2025 has prepared an assessment report on the municipality's operations and finances for 2024. The report was submitted to the new council for information as part of the financial statements at the council meeting on 16 June 2025.

The municipal central archive will operate with reduced services during the summer holiday season from 4 July to 4 August 2025.
Swimming should still be avoided at Kellokoski beach
The enterococcus concentration in the swimming water at Kellokoski beach continues to exceed the action limit. A new sample will be taken from the swimming water on Tuesday, 8 July 2025, and the results will be announced once they are available.
Of those interviewed for the positions of municipal development director and human resources director, the following were selected to be sent for personal assessments

Avoid swimming at Kellokoski beach in Tuusula
Enterobacteria exceeding the action limit were detected at two beaches in Central Uusimaa, while the microbiological quality of the water at other beaches is good. One of the beaches is located in Kellokoski, Tuusula.
Soil investigations in Jokela
The investigations, which will continue until mid-August, may cause short-term traffic disruptions on Jokelantie.
Five candidates applying for the position of HR Director will be interviewed.
The municipality of Tuusula will interview five applicants for the position of Human Resources Director. A total of 20 applications were received for the position, and eight of the applicants were eligible. The position of Human Resources Director was open for public application from 4 June to 23 June 2025.
