Meals for senior citizens to be expanded to Hyrylä Upper Secondary School starting in September
Meal services for senior citizens will be expanded in Tuusula starting on 1 September 2025 to include five schools, when meal services will also begin at Hyrylä Upper Secondary School.

Temporary traffic arrangements in the Hyryläntie and Koskenmäentie area from 25 August 2025 onwards
The construction of the Särmä business and service centre is progressing in the centre of Hyrylä, and the associated municipal engineering work in the Hyryläntie and Koskenmäentie area will begin on Monday, 25 August 2025. The work is expected to affect traffic arrangements in the area for approximately one month.

Satu-Minna Suorajärvi's Pasuuna artwork for Tykkimiehenraitti is completed as part of the Tuusula Regiment Park art programme
The unveiling ceremony for the Pasuuna artwork, which is open to everyone, will be held on Wednesday, 27 August at 4 p.m. The programme includes a speech, an interview with artist Satu-Minna Suorajärvi and a musical performance. The artwork is located on the newly completed Tykkimiehenraitti, near the main entrance to Rykmentinpuisto School.
